Besan

Besan or Gram Flour is a pulse flour made from round yellow gram lentils. It is a staple ingredient in Indian cuisine. It is rich in carbohydrates and fibres and does not contain gluten. Besan is used to make batter for fried items like pakodas, vadas and even sabzis and is also used for numerous applications in Indian households.
